Remove interior trim around sunroof?

anyone know how to do this? i need to get at a rattle in the sunroof control console. driven the car out of warranty and i think i can do what needs to be done. 12 gauge to the controls!!!!! no. i think all i need to do is get that black trim off without breaking it and then place some foam pieces in there to pack it in. then replace the trim. right?
anyone do this before? point me in the right direction please.
