While not in use, my wipers lift off the front winshield at speed...as much as
8-10mm at times. Anyone have suggestions on how to prevent this? the
wing on the blade does not seem to be enough to keep it on the glass.

I have piaa blades without wings and they stay put no problem. Piaa also makes the silicone wipers with spoilers now too.You could look around for some of those super-bitchin flourescent green or pink ones with airfoils that were big back in the late 80's. How cool would that be?

just keep it under mach 1 and u should be fine

I don't know about "winged" wipers, dude...reminds of old beat up Toyota corollas in the 80's that I'd see driving around LA sporting PeP Boys special "winged" wipers in bright green or hot pink.

I drove from AMVIV to LA on the 15 doing 115 mph without the problems that you've encountered. Maybe u need to inspect the wiper blade arm for some kind of distortion...just a guess on my part.
