Parking lights staying on
Parking lights staying on
Tried a quick search...Anyway, 2007 R52 Cooper S Convertible.
Parking lights and dash lights staying on after everything turned off and key removed.
Had removed 2 fuses in engine compartment (left and right) to kill parking lights (and windows and headlights....) and removed a 5A fuse from interior fuse box by clutch to kill dash lights.
What may be causing driving lights to remain on? Bad switch on steering column?
Have been reading that a dying battery could attribute to electrical issues, too, but that seems suspect at best.
Have not (yet) brought to dealer as I like to go in knowing a bit more than they do.
Thanks in advance.
