My 2008 mini cooper S has 30 K miles on it. What service/maintenance do you folks recommend and how much should I expect to may for it?

Too bad you are out of the maintenance period as they would have checked lots of stuff.

That does the computer say need to be changed?

When was the coolant flushed, brakes flushed, brakes inspected, air filter changed, cabin filter changed, etc?

 

It may not be that bad. Earlier this year I took my R56 with 30k miles to the dealership and all that was recommended was an oil change, brake fluid replacement and replace the cabin filter.
