Thumping sound while driving after dealer visit
I just took my 2011 MCS in for it's 15k maintenance. I've had the car back for 1 week now and I noticed a thumping noise last night. I can even feel it in the pedals, all of them not just the brake. The sound is proportional to the speed and can be heard and felt best at about 25-30mph. I took it to 90 this morning and got a slight vibration, but it's way to hard to tell if that was the road or not.
I read the receipt from the dealer and all they did was change the oil (there is an oily mess underneath, but no drips on the garage floor yet), scope the engine, and check/fill tire pressure. I didn't ask them to scope or check the tires but I guess that's a standard service thing. I wanted to throw the thing on jacks last night but I don't have anything small enough for that little car. Everything else I have is 4x4.
I've read on other posts tires or a bent rim could be the culprit. Any other thoughts. If it's the a tire or a bent rim I doubt the dealer is going to cover that
. It's just odd this happened right after service. Oh my dealer is redoing their whole lot so service was down the street at the BMW dealer. Not sure if that played a role in confusing the crap out of someone.

Are any tires cupping or feathered? They could have rotated the tires and not noted it...doubt it though. Sometimes rotating tires after they haven't been rotated in a while can cause more noise and vibration until the rubber evens out.
