Front Motor Mount Replacing

I have an R50 06 just a cooper. Does anyone have a DIY guide to replace the hydrolic front motor mount and the torque settings for the 18mm and 16mm nuts and bolts envolved and the torque on the E12 Torx bolt on the bottom of the mount? A friend suggested to remove the 18mm nut on top of the mount and jack the motor up to clear the mount. Where do I put the jack stands to do that?

Raise the front end of the car and put the jack stands under the jacking points on the sides of the car, then use your jack to lift the motor slightly.

Torquing the bolts isn't critical, just get them tight.....

Do you know the torque settings? Can I lift the front of the car (both wheels off the ground) from one point with one jack and then put the stands on each side?
