So, unofficially? Did they find other issues they fixed while in the shop?

Good you have the MINI back, keep us up to date if you crap out again.

So far, the CM is excellent, back for an oil change at 1year January, perhaps get a couple rattles tightened up. Currently under 11K.

I did one out of cycle oil change before the long trip to Glacier National and Canada in June.

 

Nothing else found to be an issue. I say officially because I still don't quite trust it. After a few weeks without issues, I'm sure I'll soften up my paranoia. The software update changed my display on my tach so now I get either my odometer + trip meter or my odometer + temperature but no odo + trip + temp like before. I think I saw somewhere here that you can change the display through the computer. Will try that. I'm probably just being jumpy, but it doesn't sound like it turns over as smoothly as before. Starts up fine, runs fine, etc., but the initial turning of the engine just seems a little different. But I was away from it for nearly two weeks, so that could be something.

But I'll keep hoping all is well until I have reason to think otherwise.
