so recently my e brake light turns on randomly as im driving. so i took apart my center concle and unpluged the switch.

My question is how the heck does the light still come up if its disconnected is there some thing u have to do to the wire.

my whole intention is to get rid of the light permanently.

if anyone has more solutions or any feedback please right back..

 

If the wire is shorted to ground anywhere up to the park brake switch, it will cause the bulb to light up.
