E Brake problem!

hey yall i have an 05 mcs and recently went for a ride and e brake was all the way down and the light came up on my dash. so i pulled over on the side of the road turned my car off and bake on and the light went off. this isnt the first time my car has done this btw. can anyone post or help me out with what to do to fix it

Your e-brake light will also come on to warn you one or more brake pads are low and need to be replaced.

brake fluid, pads, and sensors wer just replaced last month
