Fault Code P2420

Hello Everyone,
I have got this fault code P2420 on my R53 2006 which is Evaporative Emission System Switching Valve Control Circuit High. Have anybody get this code?
How can I fix it?

Thanks from now.

The only thing that comes to mind at the moment is there may be an issue with the charcoal canister and/or filter.

Can you recall any conditions performance-wise with the engine that occurred right before or right after the code? Did it produce the engine service light, or did you get it by just reading the ECU?

Sorry to say you might have to call the dealership or a Euro specialist on this one. My Internet search results were really how on any hits for this code.

I agree, I can't comment on the code, but I do remember issues with the fuel system. IIRC it was the thing near the passenger side motor mount. It is about as big as your finger with three (I think) tubes coming off of it. It sort of clips to a tang right above the belt on motor. Maybe check to make sure it looks plugged in and normal.

I found it with the OBD code reader device. I will check with the service. It didn't affect the engine performance.
