Hi all,

I have an odd issue that occurs only during the first shift (1st to 2nd) and only once a day (first time in the morning after having sat all night). As the auto transmission shifts from 1st to 2nd I hear a quick "rattle". This only happens during the first shift of the day and never reappears until the next day. The transmission shifts fine. This began just recently when the Check Engine light appeared (CODE: Misfire in cylinders 1 and 3...assuming carbon build up again). This could be a complete coincidence. I know this is very little information, however I was hoping someone else has had a similar issue. We have an appointment with the dealer on the 25th.
