Do these service records look bad?

Hey everyone, 1st post here, looking to pick up an MCS in the next week or so.

Found a car that is just what I wanted, price is right. The sales rep sent me a screen cap of what service records he could show me.

Please take a look at it and let me know if this is something I dont want to get into. 2 HPFP's and some work related to the cams and tensioner.

It is an 07 MCS with 48xxx miles on it.

Lots of "unpleasant noises" lol..

I think we know why the last guy traded it in right as the warranty expired. Personally I don't think past issues factor in on future ones. It seems like the guy brought it in if he heard something funny, so things were taken care of in a timely fashion. The car is a poster child for Gen 2 issues though that is for sure. Seems like they covered everything though. I wouldn't' be surprised if it was a member here who owned it.

If not mistaken, some HPFP that were parts replacements were actually recalled before they could be used as replacement parts.

Could be a few were sold before that happened, hence two for this vehicle.

I see no abnormal issues for an R56.

Also, the HPFP warranty was officially extended to 10 years/120k miles.....

So, essentially, I can go through as many as I want as long as I am within 10yrs/120k??
