Im on my wY home from work and decided to make a quick post office stop. After coming out, I try to start the car, but it won't crank. All my electro Al's work fine, no dim lights, blower motor is sell blowing, but the car won't turnover. I can here it click, but it just won't crank. I open the trunk and checked the battery compartment and took a pic. This car is still new to me so I don't know what should look like what. Does anything look out of place or wrong in these pics? If not what other problems could cause this?

 

check to make sure battery cables are tight. then check voltage of battery should be 12.7
if that's not the issue then have starter check.

+ cable looks melted too. have someone check those out.
