Brake Lights Staying On

Brake Lights Staying On
The third (center) brake light and both of the lower brake lights stay on as long as they have power. When I lock the car, they go out.

I've searched this site, but I haven't checked the car out yet. Any suggestions?

2009 Clubman, about 60k.
