P0037 code.. Bad o2 sensor?

Recently I have been getting a check engine light at pretty random times. I can't recreate it ever but it only comes on while driving. The code is P0037 according to my bentley manual this is a code for the heater on the post cat o2 sensor. Is this just a sign it is time to change the sensor? or possibly something else. I have no performance issues when the light comes on (no limp mode etc)

My car is an 06 MCS with almost 88k on the clock. current mods are in my sig.

Just FYI, I was denied their "warranty" of 10 yrs / 100K miles for O2 sensors by two Atlanta MINI Dealerships (Global Imports & MINI of South Atlanta) due to my mods. All I have really, engine wise are 17% pulley and CAI. Might want to check that out with your dealership first as mods seem to be the "catch all" for denying warranty service around here.
