Strange tapping feeling

I have been experiencing a strange tapping feeling. I happens when in neutral and I feel a strange tapping feeling coming through the brake pedal. I don't hear any strange noises at all and no other symptoms aside from the tapping feeling comin from the brake pedal. This issue doesnt happen all the time and has thrown me for a loop.

Any ideas?

I have experienced something sort of similar but not in nuetral, when im stopped at an intersection... can you feel it in the steering wheel as well a bit? It kinda feels like the engine is vibrating alittle.
I also notice it happening when accelerating gently around the 20-30mph mark.

Its very soft but i can feel it and seemed to have started a few weeks ago.

So... not sure if it's the same thing as you... but if not... anyone know about this issue as well? haha

Is there a way to test to see if it is bad or something I should be looking for to tell that it needs to be changed?

So I took a look at the lower motor mount on my car. I don't see any stress cracks in the rubber but the rubber seems pretty soft. Does that indicate it needs to be replaced?
