Sound while turning at low speeds

I've been hearing some noise coming from the front driver side wheel area when I turn sharply right at slow speed (1-15mph). The best way to describe the sound "Who-ooo-ooo" no clicking or grinding. This doesn't happen when I turn left at all.

I've researched the forums but coudln't find anything else relating to sound while turning a part from the clicking sound, my car doesn't have this. Here's my car specs: 2006, MC with 45 000 miles on it.

Any help would be great since I'm baffled as to what it may be, I was thinking bad CV joint or Ball bearing

I don't have this problem with my MCS, but have a similar issue with my rwd 735i. It makes a low pitched 'whoomp - whoomp' while turning at low speeds. Suggestions have been possibly a dry CV joint.

Wheel bearing sounds get louder when turning. If you turn right, my guess is it is the left bearing since that pulls the wheel away from the bearing. You should be able to tell what side it is on with the windows open.

Power steering fluid is topped up, nah it's not the normal whine it's actually another sound.

It's the front left driver side that generates the sound. My friend stood outside and didn't hear anything at all while I did from inside. Wierd part, I jacked up the car and tried to wiggle the tire, no play what so ever...

Keep in mind it only does the sound when I am turning right at a 90 degree turn or from a complete stop going right. A part from that, I get no sound, no shaking at any speed.
