In-tank fuel pump
In-tank fuel pump
Mini is in for issues. First they find a bad O2 sensor and that's it which may be explaining the bad idle. But they take it a bit further and eventually find that the in-tank fuel pump is going.
Ok, so anything else I should be concerned about with an in-tank fuel pump heading south ?!
Thanks in advance guys.

My 2005 is throwing a code indicating O2 needs to be replaced also, but lately, as I mash the throttle, I get a little burp/hiccup/misfire.
That your kinda of symptom also? I am curious if the "hesitation" is the fuel pump going as well.......

Your car is a GEN 1 and this is the GEN 2 section so you might want to hop over to the GEN 1 Section to seek an answer to you question.
Don't hate the supercharged superior......
We (MINI) are all Gen 2, who we kidding.....
Check my profile pics.....that there's a Gen1.
It has been a while since I have been on NAM....nice to see the great support hasn't changed.....even with you "new kind."

Happy motorin'!
