I was driving down I-95 and my wipers just stopped working, in mid-swipe. My back wiper works fine, but the front don't work at all. Thought it might be a fuse, but checked them and they look ok. I here nothing when I try to turn them on. What could be the problem?

 

Just for giggles swap in a known good working fuse. I've had fuses that looked good be bad.

 

will be revealed. I did it to my car but I forgot. Ran a ground wire from the wiper motor base to a ground screw in the engine compartment. Tested it first with a piece of wire. Its worth a try.
