Hey all

Right as I hit 2500 rpm and above, my engine gives a strange whining/humming sound that's constant when I rev or have my foot on the gas. Once it drops BELOW that, it's gone. So naturally, turbo kicks in at 2500rpm - so i'm curious if anybody has any ideas what this is.

My milage is at 28,500 right now and I've had no major issues.

The sound is strange and i'm not used to it... it even masks out the small "pshh" we generally hear from the blow off.

Any ideas? Should I take it in? Would it be covered under warranty if it IS a turbo issue?

I would give the dealer a call and have them take a look.
