Front wiper sizes ?

OK, at the store I looked up "MINI" in their book, and found that I needed an 18" size wiper for the driver's side, and a 19" size wiper for the passenger.

I got home, and went to put them on, only to discover that the existing drivers side is the 19", and the passenger side is the 18" (the flip from the store's book).

Which side gets which size wiper?

BTW, I searched, and found people noting they are different sizes (but not saying which is which), and others suggesting to use 18" for both or 19" for both.

Maybe just measure the originals on the car, then go and purchase.

I did. But they're flipped from what the book said. Being an '03, I am sure they have been replaced a few times over the years.

I was just hoping that someone where knew for sure, which way they go.

Apparently, someone in car's past, accidentally swapped them.

I have two 19" PIAA Super Silicone Sporza's with the wings, on both driver and passenger sides. Never had a better blade on any car I have ever owned.
