I own a 2008 Mini S with about 46,000 miles on it. I thought my warranty had run out under the 3 year/36,000 Mini Maintenance Program. But as I was going through my service & warranty information booklet, on page 38, it says the warranty period for new cars purchased at authorized Mini dealers is 4 years/50,000 miles. So my car is covered--right?

You have a full warranty on the car for 4/50, but the maintenance warranty (which is different) is good for 3/36
