When I try to do this, (moving switch to down position), the wipers move when the water comes out. According to my MA and manual, the wipers are not supposed to move when I move the switch to the down position. Basically, there is no difference between that and moving the switch up 2 positions to clean my rear window.

Anyone else experiencing this or is it just my car?? Thanks!!!
