2006 mcs door hinges sound terrible

Has anyone experienced the door hinges sounding bad even after a fresh lube treatment=? My 2006 mcs sounds like the doors are almost binding. I've used everything under the sun for lubrication. I'm open to any solutions. Thanks Brad Augusta,Ga

Hmmm, both my previous MCS and current GP's doors sound like a Rolls-Royce door closing. Any previous body damage?

I use a lot of WD40 until the noise goes away and then Triflow to try to keep it smooth and quiet. And then a dab of Lithium grease on the parts you see just to be sure. You can't over lubricate these hinges.

Also, don't forget the boot hinges as those are known to fail if not lubricated regularly.

I had the same problem on my'10. But, the hinge was lose where it attaches to the frame. Make sure the bolts are tight.

My 06 doors did the same thing. I used white lithium grease to lube them. All is good after the lube.
