Temporary rough Idle upon stopping. :c(

Sorry... Did not notice this was the 1st generation forum. :C(

I have a 2010 clubman turbo automatic transmission. Today when I stopped in my driveway from running around town the engine pulsed a few times. By that I mean it felt like it was going to stall and then recovered. Cycled like that a few times before idling normal again. It goes from normal to slow back to normal in about a second. So I took it out to see if it would do it again and it does. Seems that if I stop quickly it does not do it, but if I slow to a crawl it does.

Any ideas what this could be? It never did this before. I did get get gas today and filled it up from half empty with Exxon Supreme 93 octane from my usual gas station. Any chance this could be bad gas? Car drives normally otherwise as far as I can tell.
