Okay yeah we all know about it, and yeah I been having it... but i would just call it "start rattle" since the diesel demon comes out even in 80 degree weather.

i'm at 57k miles now and the noise is as loud as ever, they quoted me 1500 for the whole timing chain issue repair (thats after telling me what the diagnosis is, which is 140 just for the fee).
Me, nor my mother wanted to do that especially after the fact that i showed her all my research of all of you guys having the same issue, it should be a freakin' recall!! the miniusa number did not work, We tell bestbuy customers the same thing when we don't want to resolve something. "you have to Call 1-888-bestbuy" yeayeah whatever.

My car died last night, it will not start. (sounds like that rattling chain nuisance popped off) Looks like we'll have to dish out my tuition money and have it repaired; i'm very depressed because i love my vehicle, but not so much faith anymore. I'm looking at different cars.. someone please convince me not to. My mom's ready to get rid of it and get the used 90s car.
She's also now all upset at me because i was the one who convinced her that getting a newer car than a 90s used car is a better idea for me. Since i'm just a young guy who can afford car payments and insurance and routine maintanence and school but not costly repairs that should be a recall..
