Weird Clicking noise in seatbelt

Hey

Now that winter has arrived, the MINI is starting to rattle. The most annoying rattle is the one coming from my seat belt where is attaches to the pillar (upper part). Everytime I pull or release my seatbelt i can hear a little clicking noise as if the roller wasn't well lubed/greased.

As this problem evver happened to anyone ?

BTW I'm new to this forum and this will be my first thread
Hello all !!!!

Thx for info

My driver's shoulder belt does that everyone once in a while, when I pull it out.

No, just learned to live with it. IMHO, it's a pretty minor thing.

mine does something similar - sounds like its being pulled out and retracted just a little, every time I hit a bump. Thats probably what its supposed to do, but why does it have to be so loud? I just turn up the radio in the winter, in the summer I have the windows open.

I was hoping you wouldn't say that

Do you think a shot of WD40 would be harmful ???
