Need some help, broken foglight clip
Need some help, broken foglight clip
So I was driving today in the Texas Hill country (what a beautiful area) and at a one point a I saw a Falcon (or an eagle.) However, I only got a split second view of it before I hit it with my Car.
When I got to a stop I checked my car and so far I can only make out that the plastic Clip that holds the fog lamp in place has been broken.
now the light is dangling, well moving a tiny bit...

(this is taken from above with the hood open...)
I also gotten something vibrating and making a vibrating noise when accelerating in sub 2k rpm range.
im heading back to my dealer sometime next week (it'll be a 200 mile drive) when finals are over. Is this a something I can fix by myself?

You'll have to remove the fog light to assess the damage. They can be removed without removing the front bumper but it's a little tricky. If you're not mechanically inclined (and patient), take it to the dealer for repair.
