Pillar A molding source

Any suggestions on best source for MC 02 pillar A molding black trim for each side of winshield???

Penske parts.com or local dealer...be sure to get the foam gasket and clips that hold it in place!
Since it is a dealer/oem only part, there should not be too much varraion in costs...unless you have a real sketchy dealer anyway...

I got mine from my dealer. They were in stock and came with the clips. The price was similar to internet purchase plus shipping. I had my windshield replaced by a auto glass shop and they used double stick tape to reattach the moldings after snapping the clips. I discovered this when one of the moldings flew off on the highway. My MINI dealer replaces the moldings if they break the clips.
I live in Colorado and get broken windshields all the time. My insurance offers lifetime windshield replacement at a very reasonable rate. I get a new one about every 18 months with 0 deductible. That includes the pillar moldings if the dealer does it. Good deal.
