Funky heating

Hey everyone,

I have a semi-serious problem now that fall just up and left with winter following immediately. My heat is acting so weird, I have since taken it to MINI twice at one dealer and once more at another dealer. They say everything is hot where it should be but I have no hot air coming out of any vents. I have a dash of warm in with id guess about 65 degree or so air. Warmer than the 32 it was outside but no where near the hi setting for climate control. The a/c blows strong and cold but no heat?!?! I just replaced the cabin air filter thinking there may be something blocking it but then i realized no air would be coming out at all...yeah i wasnt thinking just cold and mad. Does anyone have any ideas? The dealer wants to take the whole dash apart to find the problem, so they dont even know really whats going on.

Thanks in advance!

Yes I read that but I think we are having two different problems. My air flows into each of the three venting areas in the cabin. I just have really really faint heat. Is this actually the same issue?

Thanks!
