My '05 S with about 120k miles has started to shake bad under acceleration (more than half throttle)... doesn't shake otherwise, only during hard acceleration. I'm a Honda dealer mechanic for a living and I instantly recognized this as bad inner CV joints but before I go buy a pair of axles I just wanted to check here first to make sure there wasn't some other MINI issue that I don't know about.
