Hi Guys, that’s my first thread, unfortunately is about a problem that I’ve got and I could really use some help here, if you have any idea…
The issue is that :
I decided to change the supercharger from my r53 cause of a few problems and because I found one supercharger from a good friend in a great condition (like new), with good price. Everything good so far…
So I am at the garage with the engineers and we have the two superchargers side by side, and I could see the difference between mine and the new one. The engineer start to turn the pulley of my supercharger with his hand hand, and we could see the movement inside it, then he starts to do the same thing to the slightly used supercharger , the movement inside was ok but there was a strange noise! Like something was out of the proper position… (I do my best to explain it!! I hope you understand)
I don’t know what to do guys… should I put my supercharger back to the car? What problem could possibly have the slightly used supercharger?Is it possible to be ok, and that noice excist because it wasnt used for a while?
