Squeaky . . . headliner?
Squeaky . . . headliner?
So as winter comes rolling into DC, I notice a bit of a squeak from the headliner just in front and to the right of my sunroof. I hear it on bumps and some turns. If I press the area, it is easily reproducible. It seems like it may be an area of sticky glue underneath that's not holding right. Or maybe an unclipped clip? Any thoughts or quick fixes?
Hi,
I got the same thing on mine. It made me sick, it was really annoying. I thought it was the sunroof but in fact, it was the headliner that hits the sunroof gasket.
I just remove the trim of the sunroof, and put some foam between the headliner and the roof. 15/20cm * 3cm, and 1mm thin.
Now, it's all quiet.
