Dealer changed valve body and re-flash memory. Still thumps/lurch during 3-2 downshift.... Any ideas?

 

I've experienced this before, but I was on Pikes Peak going downhill in Sport Mode. Do you drive around in Sport Mode? On occasion, after some spirited driving in Sport Mode and switching over to Drive, I've noticed the a hard downshift. It usually does it once and everything is back to smooth sailing.

 

Thanks! This is my wife's car and she rarely drives it in SM. When I drive the car I usually drive it manual and it still does it occasionally.
