The fuel door lock on my justa has stopped working. The plunger that is supposed to extend and lock the fuel door closed no longer extends when the doors are locked. I accessed the solenoid/motor inside the wheel well (thru the trunk) and I can extend the plunger manually and lock the fuel door so there doesn't seem to be any interference problem but it will not extend electrically. When extended manually, it will retract if you unlock the doors. Anyone else have this problem? Do I just have a bad solenoid/motor or is this a computer glitch? I presume the ECU just reverses the voltage to extend or retract the plunger.
