Headlights aimed down, How to re-aim?

So my headlights are always aimed basically down, and it is very hard for me to see at night even when my high beams are on. People do not even notice, or flash at me when my high beams are on, because they are faced low.

Same problem I had when I first got my MINI. It depends on what lights you have, so do a search here by "posts" rather then "threads" and you should find the info. It is all here.

If they are pointed directly down in front then it is likely that one of your sensors has gone. My sensor arm for auto leveling broke on my 06 and they did this very thing.

I believe that they are still located on front left and right rear, at least that is what they were on the R53. What is your year and model?
