Did my engine mount just died?

Doing an oil change but found this when I open the hood, some black liquid around the engine mount (passenger side):

Did the engine mount just exploded? :P Or there's something else?

Yep, very common issue. Mine went in the first 25k miles or so.

How easy is it to change (in the future when I'm no longer under the warranty)?

Yep, it died! Use rubbing alcohol to clean it up. The replacement isn't difficult either.
