Noise at speeds over 60mph.

As soon as I get to about 60mph there is a noise coming from the suspension that I cannot place. It sounds like a winding noise and it is not coming from the engine because if I piush in the clutch the noise is still there. It almost sounds like it is coming from the wheels, could it be a bearing?

Would depend on the mileage of the car. If you had relatively low mileage and it was a daily driver, I would elsewhere.

Does the sound become louder or more pronounced as speed increases ?

Car is a 2005 and has around 55k miles on it.

The sound stays the same and goes away at speeds under 60mph. It is either there or not, it doesn't get louder.
