Question - dash panel to right of HVAC temp controller
Question - dash panel to right of HVAC temp controller
I've searched, and I find info on dash removal, but I guess this isn't really the dash I am talking about.
Picture this: I have a car with the manual a/c. On the right side there is a wheel for temp control. Just to the right of that wheel (the wheel almost sits in it) is a plain black panel that runs north/south. At the top of that panel it seems to run under the center speedo/hits the panel where the glove box button resides.
I think my rattle/buzz is coming from there because I can often press on the top of that vertical panel and it will stop. Only if I press it where it meets the other panels, at the top, under the speedo.
Can I take that north/south panel off myself? If so, has anyone done it? I'd like to stick some felt or stuff in at the top of it I think.
Thanks!
