My 2010 MCCSm seems very cool throughout the vehicle, but I have also tinted the windows to 20% and the sunroofs at 5%, so I am sure that helps a lot. As far as loud, it doesn't seem any louder than my wife's Honda Minivan or my Land Rover.

Just my experiences.

As Joey says, window tint will probably help. If you have a sunroof, that adds to the oven effect, and there are inserts you can stuff between the glass and the shade that help a lot there, too. When it's really hot out, I hit the recirculate button, which seems to cool it off faster.

And yes, I've noticed that anything above the low fan speed seems to be a little loud. Just means I have to crank up the HK a bit more.

We have 20% all around and 20% on the sun roof....but what is odd is you can feel the air coming out of the vents on the drivers side is much cooler than the air coming our of the passengers side.

If it feels colder out of the drivers side then the passenger, have you double checked with a thermometer? If so, then take it back to the dealer and complain. Always best to be armed with more info.

That is strange. I've never noticed that, but then I've never really checked both at the same time, either. But now curiosity has the better of me and I'm gonna have to check!

Well there has to be a AC problem...used a thermometer and the drivers side was around 60 degrees....while the passenger side was about 70 degrees....even when I shut off the vents on the drivers side the passengers side was still at about 70 degrees....guess we'll have to take it into the dealer...

Mine seems like it could be colder. It's loud and has a fan noise.

yeah mine seems pretty loud too......coming home today it was heat index of 105 the interior temp was 115 when we got in and and it took 45 minutes of driving to get the interior temp down to 80 degrees...something is certainly not right....

once I take it to the dealer I'll post an update.
