Is these fuse blown?

Hi all,

Refer to the attached photo, one fuse is blown (red square) and the rest is blacken (red cycle), is those in red cycle still able to use or it is better to replace them?

As today I checked all the fuse and I found out most of the fuse is blacked out.

Thanks

The little zig-zag is what burns up. That is probably just the way they are made but they are cheap if you just want to change them.

I'd be concerned as to why they are blacking out like that....never saw that before. Are you running power off any of these fuses with "add-on's" ?

Oh my... no I did not do any MOD on the car letric or any "add-on". All I did is a OBX header, Pipercross CAI, custom made exhaust, MTH, seafoamed. Could it be while doing the exhaust welding caused the fuse to blacking out? I guess I shd chang all of it and start monitor them.

Another thing is my big speedo meter is vibrating evertime i start the engine, I've searched, it a symtom of weak battery but when the shop checked battery with meter, it seem to be in good shape
