Washer Fluid Leaks Under Hood

I have blue washer flood droplets on the driver and passenger fenders near the reservoir fillers. My guess is that when I hit bumps the fluid is bouncing back through the reservoir covers, which are not very tight. Anyone else see this?

Only after (during) AutoX's and such: heavy braking sends the fluid forward and up & out the fillers (and down the fender liners onto the front tires, resulting in less than optimal braking for these events ) - my case it wasn't droplets, it was streams, but I just stopped filling them so full, especially before events...

Mine was so bad the top would pop off and the fluid would gush all over. I put a zip tie on it. That helps keep the lid on, but the seal (or lack of one) is so bad that is still comes out a bit under hard braking :(

Mine had the hose come off the passenger side motor conveniently emptying the whole bottle.
