Brake and coolant flush

Hi

I need to to do a brake flush and coolant flush on my MINI 03. Does anyone have step by step how to do it? Thanks.

Here's a DIY for the brakes and here are instructions from the maunal for the coolant drain and fill. Good luck.

PS-- I also read a thread where a wet shop was used vac to suck the fluid out through the filler port. Sounded like they saved a lot of time and effort not pulling hoses.
