07s automatic sporatically slips out of gear at 33 mph as it is shifting, dealer keeps saying computer issue?????

 

I too am having issues with our stock 06 MCSa at 45k slipping out of gear at low speeds intermixed with harsh downshifting/bucking. Took the car into mini and they found no diagnostic issues, and normal fluid level--said car was fine. Well, its still acting up intermittently and I have no answers.
