things my clubman have so far.

I just got my clubman back from a dealer. I want to share my problems.
I have gotten pretty much everything discussed in this section.

Here is a history of my clubman..
I purchased clubman S in July 2008 after long waiting.
1. Aug - 2008: DIY oil change at 1570
2. Dec - 2008 : Another DIY oil change at 8778
3. April - 2009 : passenger side window dipping shows up
4. May - 2009 : Check engine light on(cylinder misfire code)
5. May - 2009 : 1st oil change by mini (mileage 17988)
dealer reprogrammed passenger window
6. Sep - 2009 : DIY oil change at 24094
7. Sep - 2009 : CEL - cylinder misfire
dealer checked coil and spark plug
faulty thermostat - replaced
readjust passenger window again
8. Nov - 2009 : CEL on again (another cylinder misfire)
-replace high pressure fuel pump due to cold start
( I felt little hesitation when I started on engine)
- finally replace control module for passenger window..
9. Nov - 2009 : clubman got rear ended during parking overnight.
The other party's insurance replace the rear bumper..

10. Dec - 2009 : 30k service at dealer (?)
nothing but reset service status.. ( )
11. Feb -2010: Front brake pad warning @32367
- dealer replaced front brake pad but keep the rotor.
- passenger side still plate loose and jammed once - replaced..
- report to dealer that one side barn door is sticking out (?)
- at dealer shop, I notice that a gap in the pillar is exceptionally large ..

12. Mar 2010 dealer readjust both (barn door and pillar) after they showed them to a tech from MINI-usa and got approval from Mini USA.
13. Apr 2010 - Flat tire on highway

14. Apr 2010 - CEL ON and OFF several times (cylinder misfire)
Finally it checked by a dealer and they performed induction and fuel system cleaning..---> probably famous carbon-buildup thingy..

Is there anything else discussed in this forum and not included in history :(?

keyword: window malfunction, faulty thermostat, HPFP, Carbon-buildup, flat tire, accident..

I will see I can keep up with this maintenance.. so Sad..

I have also had P0300 and P0301 code in my clubman S intermittently. Did the fuel system cleaning fix it? My dealer also changed the spark plugs and it still happens.

Other problems I am having are:
-rumble/knocking from rear suspension going over bumps or rough road (dealer replaced sway bar bushings -- no change)
-various interior vibration noises - one from the plastic around the map lights another from the passenger side sun visor.
-driver side window sometimes slides back down after going all the way up (as if it is detecting a caught finger or something)

Honestly, my MCS has all the same problems. Do you have any modifications done to your car?

NO, no modification.
By the way, the tensioner and chain was replaced last month too. One morning the whole car was shaken and things got replaced.. I hope no more visit to the dealer.

Thanks,
