Mini R56 S 2007 error codes

Mini R56 S 2007 error codes
I have cold start rattle, so I used my iPhone Rev2 App with Kiwi WiFi to check if there is any codes because there is nothing on the Dashboard
anyway I've found there is cylinder 3 & 4 misfire and multiple cylinder misfire and P2AAA code which i could not figure out, and I feel a drop in power. Any idea

High Pressure Fuel Pump
Loss of Compression
Sticking Valve
Bad Gas (oh i'm sorry that only comes out of mini service advisers mouths)
Dirty Plugs
Carbon Build Up
I would Sea Foam the car and see if that helps.
