Yellow Car on Lift signal popped up. Any ideas?

Pop in the key start the car. The car on a lift signal pops up in yellow. It looks like a MINI on a hoist. The navi says increase battery supply. My time (clock) resets itself as does my preference on the OEM navi. Check thru manual says to bring to dealer. This had occurred in the past but the dealer 'corrected' it. As per dealer, my rear latch was locking and unlocking sporatically on it own hence 'waking up the car and using energy'. Latch was replace but now it's happening again. I'm assuming it's electrical issue since the running of the vehicle is fine. And the latch appears to have stopped acting up. Tried searching forum for this topic but can't find any. Can anyone help?

Bad Batteries will also cause this problem. Many people have had to have the battery replaced in the R55/56 due to BAD batteries.

You can have it tested at just about any auto parts store (many for free). If it tests bad have it replaced under warranty. It may have been drained to much previously because of your earlier problems and thus not be good anymore.
