License plate holder - where to get?

Hello all -
I used to have a front license plate. I took it off when I was doing some bumper work and never put it back on.
Well - the nice mister police officer must have been having a bad day - because he pulled me over for the missing plate. Let me just say military base rent-a-cops are pretty pathetic. I felt bad for the guy. If that's what he has to do for a job then I really feel bad for him.
Anyway - I just called the dealer and they want 60 dollars for the mounting hardware. I'm not cheap, but I'm not gonna waste money for something like that.
So - any of you know an alternative? Do you know someplace else to order this from?
I already have the holes drilled. My plate holder was pre-installed.
