Possibly coolant. Mini/BMW coolant has a yellow color to it.

Is the motor mount oil yellowish? Or maybe brake fluid? Whatever it is it looks like it was warm as it has melted the snow.Smell, feel, taste it,If it tastes like Pee then it isn't brake fluid or oil.

Motormount oil is very thick.....kinda like a molsass....The color is right from what I remeber.....there are oil filed mounts under the car too...(I think), I had mine swapped to powerflex...
Ps fluid is kinda greenish...but with age might turn more golden....brake fluid is yelowish....unless it is superblue...but if you are loosing that much, tou should have a light on pretty quick!!

The passenger side motor mount on the '05 and '06 tends to spew it's bodily fluids out. Don't know what color it would make in the snow as mine just left a dark stain on the garage floor.

Only yellow/lime green could be is if you used a different coolant or dye from your AC system.
