Hey Guys,
I have an intermittent problem where my CD player will eject the disk inside it when I unlock my car and sit inside (I dont even push the start/stop button at all)

I rarely use the CD player since I hook up my iPhone to my AUX plug-in. I am not accidentally pushing the eject button either...

It doesn't happen ALL the time but it gets into moods where it will eject it almost each time I get into the car after leaving it for several hours... maybe it misses me?...

Any suggestions or ideas of what is causing this?

Refer to this thread...If you are using recordable media I would recommend changing brands. If this is happening with a "pressed" disc, make sure the disc is clean and not scratched. If that's not the case, then your CD drive is probably bad and needs replacing.

 

Thanks so much!! I never even considered it would be the CD itself but I see how that could make sense! I will try that and hope it works!!
